Power unit: Panasonic 450A integrated (TAWERS), 450A pulse power source

Wire feeder unit: Panasonic 100W servo powered wire feeder mounted to robot arm

Welding torch: Panasonic 400A water cooled

Positioner: 2 x Panasonic PD500 (500kg payload) 1 x linear shifter, lenght ~3m, ~2m movements

Fixture area: 2 X (L=3.000mm x d=1.400mm)

Applicable welding wire: Mild steel 0.8 - 1.2mm, Aluminum 1.2mm and stainless steel 1.0 - 1.2mm

Other equipments: Panasonic RT wire reel stand installed to the robot manipulator for 7/15/18kg welding wires, torch clenaning device, touch sensor function

The basic system is suitable to weld mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum parts.

The robot system is fully installed at our plant.
