Robot programming training

Although the operation and programming of Panasonic welding robots is very simple, both novice and advanced robot users may need (extra) training. At our Kecskemét site, it is possible to get acquainted with the latest generation Panasonic TAWERS TM-1800 WG3 welding robot, with which we undertake the continuous training and further training of our existing and new partners in the field of robot programming and robotics applications. The basic training lasts 4 days, every day for 8 hours.

Robot programming training

Basic online robot programming:
The aim of the course is for the participants to get acquainted with the robot and its operation in the framework of a general introduction. Participants learn to program the robot step by step (through the learning tool) and learn how to check the written program and how to apply it. However, during the training, attention is also paid to simple maintenance work. Duration of training: 4 days

The main points of the basic training:

- The main steps of switching the welding robot on and off

- Introduction to the robot learning tool, (switches and function keys)

- Basic differences between manual and auto mode operation

- Move a robot using different coordinate systems

- Create a new welding program

- Description of different motion interpolations


- Linear

- Circle

- Linear wave motion

- Circular wave motion

- Perform various welding tasks

- Open and modify an existing program

- Description of editing operations

- Copy program files

- Create a backup

- Etc.
