TAWERS ARC sensor software function
Arc sensor consists of “Arc sensor processing” and “Main processing”. “Arc sensor processing” is a processing to calculate a shift data to correct the deviation from the preset weld line by analyzing the change of the actual welding current over the weaving peration as the welding current fluctuates as the wire extension changes. “Main processing” is a processing to actually shift the robot trajectory according to the shift data calculated in the arc sensor processing.
