A barely used Panasonic PA-ET-2PD-XL second hand welding robot system is now in production!!

Power unit: Panasonic 350A integrated (TAWERS), pulse power source
Wire feeder unit: Panasonic 50W servo powered wire feeder mounted to robot arm
Welding torch: Panasonic 350A gas cooled
Positioner: 2 x Panasonic PD500 (500kg payload)
Fixture area: 2 X (L=2.000mm x d=1.000mm)
Applicable welding wire: Mild steel 0.8 - 1.2mm, Aluminum 1.2mm and stainless steel 1.0 - 1.2mm
Other equipments: Panasonic RT wire reel stand installed to the robot manipulator for 7/15/18kg welding wires, torch clenaning device
The basic system is suitable to weld mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum parts.
The robot system is fully installed at our plant.
